The Model No. is TN100, construction material: SS304. The capacity of the extractor is 100L. It is a complete extraction concentration unit with full automatic controls. The details of the controls are as follows: 1) Regarding the extractor: temp control on the extractor, water inlet on extractor, CIP cleaning port, LED light, alcohol inlet, and the opening of cooling water on the condenser and on the cooler can be controlled on the touch screen. 2) Regarding the single-effect evaporator: temp control(the steam pressure-reduction valve should be provided by the user himself), CIP cleaning port, LED light on evaporation chamber, LED light on receiver tank, and the opening of cooling water on the condenser and on the cooler can be controlled on the touch screen. The PLC and touch screen are from SIEMENS brand, the control cabinet is made of stainless steel, NOT Ex-proof type. The unit includes a pump and a SS skid for holding the whole unit.
